[TR-COM Implementation Case] Steel Plant

Continuing normal operation for over a year! A case where unexpected failures were prevented, eliminating emergency work on holidays and at night.

At the steel plant, unexpected shutdowns occurred several times a year on a certain production line. By implementing our vibration IoT maintenance system 'TR-COM', we were able to detect signs of failure early and optimize the timing for bearing grease maintenance. As a result, we have maintained normal operations for over a year. The person in charge commented, "There are no more weekend or night shifts, and I no longer worry about when I might be called in. I am truly grateful." 【Overview】 ■ Implementation site: Steel plant ■ Implemented product: Vibration IoT maintenance 'TR-COM' ■ Implementation effect: Continued normal operations for over a year *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
